In this multimedia project, inspired by my own experiences as a third culture kid, I compiled the stories of three different third culture kids navigating living in different places. I utilized my writing and video skills to highlight their upbringing and the struggles that come with balancing multiple identities.
Working as an editorial assistant to Mark Ellwood, I compiled a list of Fall Festivals across the country— 50 festivals, one for each state. Five of the festivals I wrote about were broadcasted on the TODAY show and the entire list was published on the TODAY website linked here.

"Babe shredders"
In this short video which I shot and edited, I highlight Babeshredders - an all female wakeboarding group to promote feminity and support in the board sport world.
"Whataburger Night Culture"
In this short video which I shot and edited, I highlight Whataburger night culture— the go to spot for a late night snack, after parties, and refueling from 6th street adventures.
In this short video which I shot and edited, I showcase The Within Center— a new psychedelic treatment center in the heart of Austin. Through ketamine treatment, the center helps those battling anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma to find peace and contentment.
In this short video which I shot and edited, I create a recap of Make-A-Wish's Wish Ball, an annual gala to raise money to grant wishes for children with critical illnesses. This video was used across social platforms, sent to donors to highlight upcoming galas and fundraisers, and used as promotional material year round.
In this short video, which I shot and edited, I create a call to action, asking the pulmonary hypertension community to submit theme ideas for our bi-annual Conference. We received over 100 submissions for the contest. The video was used globally for PHA Europe's separate theme contest.
